The lottery commission announced that a $1 million annuity top-prize was sold in Perrysburg Township via the Ohio Lottery's $20,000,000s scratch-off game.

Aaron Blachuta, a Wayne, Ohio resident, bought his winning ticket at Sahil located at 28878 Starbright Boulevard, Perrysburg Township, according to an announcement by the commission. This is the home of AmeriStop.

The $500,000 cash option prize equivalent was chosen by Mr. Blachuta from Wood County. He will receive approximately $360,000 after state and federal tax withholdings.

To win, he beat odds of 1 to 254,545. As of Friday, there were 27 top prizes.

On Sunday, Mr. Blachuta, 31, stated, "It's unbelievable, absolutely amazing."

He had already won $250 in an Ohio Lottery ticket purchase on Oct. 26 at a convenience/gas station in Wayne.

He said, "They didn’t have the money to cash in the ticket in." "If they had it, I wouldn't have gone to the AmeriStop to play for the $1 million annuity top prize."

Blachuta has plans for the future with the money he won from the big win.
