कुछ दिन पहले ही जब मैंने UC News पर बॉलीवुड के लिजेंड अभिनेता विनोद खन्ना पर एक Biography लिखा था। UC News की Editorial Team ने करीब 1 घंटे के बाद Suspended कर दिया। इसके पीछे UC News ने Reason दिया “No Sensitive Word”

मैंने खुद से कहा, “हे भगवान! उनकी आज ही मृत्यु(27 अप्रैल 2017) हुई है और उनके लिए Sensitive Word कैसे यूज कर सकता हूँ?”
तब मैंने पोस्ट को पढ़ा तो पाया “सेक्सी सन्यासी” शब्द है, जिसके कारण UC News ने पोस्ट को Suspended कर दिया। जबकि सेक्सी सन्यासी विनोद खन्ना के जीवन का अभिन्न भाग है। फिर भी मुझे इस शब्द को दूसरे शब्द से रिपलेस करना पड़ा।
इस वाकये यह बातें निकलती है कि –
- UC News की Editorial Team किसी भी पोस्ट के एक-एक शब्द को चेक करते है।
- वे प्रत्येक शब्द के अर्थ को Analyze करते है।
ऐसा मेरे साथ पहली बार नहीं हुआ, बल्कि कई पोस्ट suspend हुई है।
एक बार तो एक पोस्ट को सात बार suspend किया गया, मुझे डर लगने लगा, कहीं इसके कारण मेरा Account Suspend ना हो जाए। पर ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं हुआ और आठवीं बार में उसे Approve कराने में सफल रहा।
UC News जब भी पोस्ट को Suspend करता है तो एक Reason देता है या कभी Reasons का गुच्छा दे देता है, जिसमें आपको खुद Exact Reason ढूँढना पड़ता है।
वैसे UC News आपके पोस्ट के Suspension के पीछे जो रीज़न देता है, उसे आप जानते होंगे। हम आपको उस रीज़न के साथ Solution बता रहे।
UC News किसी भी पोस्ट को दो कारको के आधार पर Suspend करता है, जो है-
1.Title के आधार पर
2.Main Content के आधार पर
1.Title के आधार पर
जब UC News Title के आधार पर Post Suspend करता है तो ये Reasons देता है-
Reason #1. Title should be more than 5 words.
Solution : मैं निश्चित तौर पर कह सकता हूँ। आप कभी ये गलती नहीं करते होंगे। वायदे-वे Post Title को ना ज्यादा शॉर्ट रखे और ना ही ज्यादा लंबा। कुछ अपवादों को छोड़ दे तो एक Ideal Post Title की लंबाई 8-10 words के बीच होनी चाहिए।
Reason #2. no spelling or grammar error
Solution : Post Title में Spelling और Grammar Error होना एक Rare Case जैसा है। फिर भी अक्सर जल्दबाज़ी में ऐसी गलतियाँ हो जाती है।
टाइटल सेट करने के दौरान हमेशा सोचे आप 5 करोड़ UC News Users के लिए टाइटल सेट कर रहे है। टाइटल सेट करने के बाद टाइटल को कम से कम दो बार पढ़ ले।
Reason #3. no abuse of punctuation, such as large number of exclamation marks, question marks etc.
Solution: विस्यमयादिबोधक चिन्हों जैसे “!!” के अधिक प्रयोग से Post Suspend कर दिया जाता है। कभी-कभी अनायवश्यक रूप से Powerful Words जैसे OMG, Shocking, Breaking News के यूज करने से भी पोस्ट को सस्पैंड कर दिया जाता है। इसलिए Exclamation Marks और Powerful Word को जरूरत के अनुसार ही यूज करे।
Reason #4. the first letter of each word (except preposition) should be capitalized and can not capitalize all the letters.
Solution: वैसे ये प्रोब्लम Hindi Content Writer को नहीं हो सकता है। पर यदि English वाले Power Words जैसे OMG , Amazing etc यूज करते है तो English के Basic Rule का ध्यान रखे।
2.Main Content के आधार पर
जब UC News Title के आधार पर Post Suspend करता है तो ये Reasons देता है-
Reason #1. Sorry, this article has sensitive words.
Solution: इस रीज़न के कारण दो बार Trending Topics पर लिखे मेरे posts को suspend कर दिया गया। मैंने पाया पोस्ट से रिलेटिड़ कंटैंट लिखते हुए Porn, Rape जैसे शब्द लिख दिये, जिसके रिजल्ट मैं मेरा पोस्ट suspended हो गया। आप भी ध्यान रखे कोई उत्तेजक शब्द ना लिखे, जरूरत हो तो Same Meaning वाली दूसरी शब्द लिखे।
Reason #2. No confusing layout or largely left blank.
Solution: UC News के पोस्ट में पैराग्राफ के बीच ब्लोग पोस्ट की तरह space ना दे। कोई भी पैराग्राफ बनाने के लिए एक बार ही Enter Key press करे, जो सामान्यरूप से दोनों पैराग्राफ के बीच space नहीं दिखेगा। पर जब आप पोस्ट को Preview करेंगे तो स्पष्ट तौर पर वह स्पेस दिखेगा।
Reason #3. No Roman Hindi more than 40% of one full text.
Solution : Generally इस तरह की प्रोब्लम किसी प्रॉडक्ट पर लिखे Review Post के लिए होती है। जिसमें Product की Feature बताने के लिए English Word यूज करना पड़ता है। अब की बार से इन शब्द को हिन्दी में ही लिखे।
Reason #4. Font & Color of text should be unified.
Solution: यदि आप Font को कलर देते है तो वे एक जैसे होने चाहिए और फॉन्ट स्टाइल भी एक जैसे होनी चाहिए।
Reason #5. No image or video unavailable.
Solution : Video नहीं तो कम से एक इमेज Full Credit के साथ जरूर पोस्ट में शामिल करें।
Reason #6. No grammar or spelling mistake.
Solution : अक्सर जल्दबाज़ी में ऐसी गलतियाँ हो जाती है। हमेशा Post Ready होने के बाद उसे Carefully दो बार पढे।
Reason #7. No Repetitive Content Inside
Solution : यदि आपका पोस्ट News Based है तो, हो सकता है आप Post को बड़ा करने के चक्कर में Content को Repeat करते है। इसी तरह आप ऐसे टॉपिक पर लिखते है, जिसमें आपको नॉलेज ही नहीं है तो आप Post पूरा करने के लिए Content Repeat कर दे। इससे पोस्ट केवल Suspend ही होगा। इसलिए ऐसे टॉपिक या न्यूज के बारें में लिखे जिसमें आपको पर्याप्त नॉलेज हो।
Reason #8. Sorry, this news is outdated.
यह रीज़न किसी भी UC News Publisher को डबल दर्द देता है। एक तो पहले UC News पोस्ट को Panding रखता है। जब पोस्ट की Freshness समाप्त हो जाती है तो यह रीज़न देकर पोस्ट को Suspend कर दिया जाता है। पर हमेशा ऐसा नहीं होता। कभी हम जो Post लिखते है वो Already Outdated होती है। जिससे वो Post suspend हो जाती है। इसलिए पोस्ट की Freshness पर ध्यान दें।
Reason #9. Sorry, the same article may not be published repeatedly.
यदि आप Latest Topic पर लिखते है और UC News पर पब्लिश उसी टॉपिक की किसी पोस्ट की इमेज को अपने पोस्ट में Insert करते है तो आपका Post Suspended हो सकता है, इसलिए अपने पोस्ट के लिए Google Image से Picture ले और पूरी Credit के साथ UC News पोस्ट में इन्सर्ट करें।
Last Word
UC News पर पोस्ट लिखना Blogging करने के समान ही है। बस केवल आपको SEO पर ध्यान नहीं देना होता है। पर आपको अपनी Writing Skill के साथ UC News के Content Policy पर ध्यान देना होगा।

Sorry, there are some problems with your story format. Possible reasons are given below (but not limited):- 1. Layout may not be suitable or you would have given space at left side 2. Roman Hindi words would have been used (more than 40% of total content) 3. You would have used several colors in text. Strongly suggest you not to use more than 2 colors (One must be black). Headlines or sub headline (Title) can be in color, but text content must always be in black color only. Font also must be same in entire story. 4. Image or video mentioned in the story would not be visible. 5. Article may be incomplete 6. Grammar or spelling mistakes 7. Repetitive content in same story 8. Sorry, the format of title does not meet the standard. Possible reasons of rejection are given below (Please check the guidelines https://mp.ucweb.com/faq.html ): 1. The title must always have at least 5 words 2. Grammar or spelling mistakes 3. you would have used several languages in same content of same article. 4. You would have written lots of signs like !!! / ???/ ### / *** or anything similar. Readers do not like it at all. 5.You would have used full stop in title 6. First letter of first word of the title must be in capital letter. All words in capital are strictly prohibited. If any proper noun or name of any person is being used in title, then again first letter of name must be in capital letter only.

Hi Ravi, Sometimes UC News Editorial Team done this by mistake. I have also got suspension for one post. Then I checked, I didn’t find any problem. After that, without making any changes, I published the post. And that times the editorial approved the post.
So sometime UC News editorial team makes mistakes. Be patience and try publish again.

or jo copyright content tha vo puri tarah se copy nahi kiya tha..bas uske stats or record waha se uthaye they… uC ne apne mail me mujhe bataya bhi tha ki 25% copyright mamla hai or itne par to maximum 7 din ke ban ke baad id wapas mil jani chaiye thi, pta nahi abhi tak kyu nahi ban hataya 🙁
